Custom benefit plans for individual member needs are designed by Warren Rosen & Co., sponsor 
of the CFBTA Web site.

Plans available: individual medical; long-term care association plan; unisex rate discounts on permanent 
and variable life products; lowest term life insurance rates; individual long-term disability for traders. 
A new high deductible catastrophic major medical plan is available until Jan.1, 1999. The premiums 
are extremely competitive and available only to members of the commodity exchanges.

Normal application fee of $325 is waived for CFBTA members by this multi-state full services mortgage 
banker. Representatives will be available at the One North End Ave. facility. Call for an appointment.

Public Director James V. Gargan, who owns J-Vee Co., one of the 13 ethics training providers 
appearing on the NFA's authorized list, will provide the required one-hour refresher course free 
of charge to all CFBTA members whose CFBTA dues are current. All registrants must take a 
four-hour course at the beginning of their career, and a one-hour course every three years thereafter. 

The one-hour course will be offered on January 12 (in rooms 1 & 2, 8th floor, 4 WTC); May 11, 
and October 12, 199 with a minimum registration of 10 persons. Reservations are on a first-come, 
first-served basis and must be made with J-Vee by phone or fax at least 30 days prior to the 
scheduled session. A list of the other 12 authorized providers is available from the NFA. 

(Neither the CFTC nor the NFA have reviewed or approved the specific content of any providers' 
training program and neither recommends any such provider. 

Jewelry Discounts:

CFBTA members can save an additional 10% on holiday jewelry purchases at a downtown store.

Car Discounts

CFBTA members can purchase cars for $500 over dealer cost from fourteen dealers in the 
New York/New Jersey metropolitan area. Members in good standing may obtain dealers 
names/phone numbers from Larry Bilello at 212-738-6687.
